What to send

• Corrections and factual errors. The highest priority on a reference site. If a lifecycle claim, status-code description or TLD policy statement is wrong or has been superseded, include the article URL and the registry or ICANN page that shows it.
• Broken links. Registry documentation moves; tell us when a citation 404s.
• Tool suggestions. If a lifecycle-tracking or monitoring tool deserves coverage, send its public documentation.
• Partnerships and advertising. Questions welcome. Sponsored links always carry rel="sponsored" and have no influence on reference content.

Response expectations

Replies usually take a few business days. There is no phone support and no contact form. We cannot recover or backorder specific domains for you, but if an article left your question unanswered, that is worth an email too. More about the project is on the about page.
